In Loving Memory

Tracey Annette Walser

Tracey Annette Walser

October 9, 1965-June 10, 2026

A woman known by so many people: from the air conditioning industry to law enforcement, to fugitive hunting and profiling, to hot air balloon enthusiast. However, she was most well-known for her work in the animal rescue world having been involved in rescue organizations as well as shaping team members to help educate and train others. She was a giant and one of the Titans in the animal rescue and adoption world.

Tracey and her beloved husband, Carl, were married on September 4, 2010. They supported each other in every interest and project, becoming an amazing power couple. Carl will continue supporting the animal rescue and all the volunteers as Tracey wanted.

Although Tracey never had children of her own, she was always the caretaker for everybody, including her mom Shirley, step dad John, her aunt Carma, aunt Barbie and both of Carl’s parents Elton and Rose.

Tracey touched so many lives as she helped teach rescuers and adopters alike throughout her life and will be so dearly missed by her loving husband Carl Glaze, her nieces Charleen, and Michelle, her cousins Ryan and Courtney, and her Stepdaughter Jessica, as well as every member of Gulf Coast Tiny Paws Rescue and many, many other friends.

It is Tracey’s desire for Gulf Coast Tiny Paws Rescue to continue forward in her memory, and we are asking in lieu of flowers to donate to Gulf Coast Tiny Paws Rescue in her memory in order to continue with her plan for GCTPR at Https://gulfcoasttinypawsrescue.org/donate.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date to be announced.

Tracey was an angel on earth. Her passion for animals saved so many lives. She taught me so much and I hope she is surrounded by all the animals she gave her life helping up there. Her legacy will live on.

  4. I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Tracey just a couple of years ago. Her smile and concern of the cats at the Texas City Dike was an absolute joy. Tracey and Carl provided us cat food so we can feed the kittens. She took care of the TNR with the help of her friend Jennifer. She will be forever missed.
