Stephen Vincent Noga was born on November 9, 1988, in Webster, Texas.
He graduated from Friendswood High School where he was involved in the drama and technology clubs. Stephen was very outgoing and had a wonderful sense of humor. He had a small resale business. Stephen was a huge Texans fan and couldn’t wait for football season.
He is survived by his parents, Alicia and Richard Noga, uncles Jack Schmitt and Rick Schmitt, his aunt Tricia Schmitt, and cousins Paige Smith and Rory Rogers.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Friendswood Fire Dept/EMS would be appreciated.
A visitation will be held on Monday, September 21, 2026, from 12:00-1:00PM at Jeter Memorial Funeral Home 311 North Friendswood Dr., Friendswood, Texas 77546 (281) 992-7200. The funeral service will follow at 1:00PM in the funeral home chapel.
Interment will be at Forest Park East Cemetery in Webster, Texas.

I’m so sorry for your loss. I met Stephen when he first started school, so he holds a special place in my heart. He faced many challenges and overcame them with courage and determination. He will be deeply missed. My thoughts are with you and your family
Stephen was an inspiration and a joy to know! He always had a smile and would engage in conversations with anyone! Such a kind soul! It was a pleasure to meet him and he will be deeply missed by everyone that knew him. My thoughts and prayers go out to Alicia, Richard and the rest of the family.
