Roger Ramos, Jr.

February 21, 1942 – November 11, 2021

Roger Ramos, Jr., passed away on Thursday, November 11, 2021, in his home peacefully of natural causes at the age of 79.

Roger was born on February 21, 1942, in San Antonio, Texas to Roger Ramos, Sr., and Edna Garcia Ramos. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother Rudy Ramos of San Antonio.

Roger served proudly as a United States Marine. After military service Roger joined International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers-Local Union 716 and became a Master Electrician.

Roger was a member of St. Helen Catholic Church in Pearland.

Roger is survived by his wife Elizabeth Campos-Ramos of 34 years; children, Laura Fletcher (Mark) Lake St Louis, Missouri, Roger Ramos, III Atlanta Georgia, Todd Ramos Houston, Oscar De La Cerda Vardo, Norway, Eva Munoz (Benito) Mont Belvieu, Mistie Hernandez (Victor) Houston; sisters, Eva Luna (Frank) San Antonio, Angie Ramos-Garcia San Antonio, and Libby Ramos Hart (Joey) Fort Worth; grandchildren, Jason Fletcher (Erin), Brandon Ramos, Brittani Fletcher, James Cano, Jr., (Celeste), Desiree Wilder (Devynn), Anthony Munoz (Edna), Andre Barajas, Daniella De La Cerda, Kaia De La Cerda, and Alec Munoz; great grandchildren, Michael Fletcher, Braiden Bauer, Xzayden Cano, Aleena Cano, Ava Fletcher, Brianna Bauer, Emilia Munoz, Elena Munoz, and Aidan Barajas; and several nieces and nephews. A special thank you Mr. Brian Mullens of Friendswood, Texas for being a lifelong friend.

Friends are cordially invited to the visitation with the family on Thursday, November 18, 2021 at 9:00 A.M. with a memorial service to follow at 10:00 A.M. at Jeter Memorial Funeral Home, 311 N. Friendswood Dr., Friendswood, Texas 77546 (281) 992-7200 with Rev. Jose Alonso officiating.

  2. The times we had back when I was a child. The whole family together, the times in Corpus and all the cook outs.
    Those were the days, never forgetting.

  4. I know this if off topic but I'm looking into starting my own weblog and was wondering what all is needed to
    get setup? I'm assuming having a blog like yours would
    cost a pretty penny? I'm not very internet smart so I'm not 100% sure.
