It is with deep sorrow in our hearts that we offer our condolences to Richard’s family. He is no longer in his body, but his soul remains. It is not for the dead that we grieve, but for the living who must live without him.
I only knew Mr. Bludworth through my business dealings with him, and I felt that he was very much a good professional. I wish I had known him on a personal level too.
A dear sweet friend . He and his wife offered me their garage apartment when my house flooded. I will miss him so much especially at our marine luncheon as he always saved me a seat and I always got my expected hug . It will be very hard for me to go now and that seat will be empty.
Heaven needs the best – now they have another one.
Richard, we will certainly miss you. Your legacy lives on through the marine industry, in fact many Bludworth systems still in service today. We are honored to have learned from you and worked alongside you. Rest in peace. 🙏
