February 8, 1959 – November 9, 2024
Michael John Freimuller, 65, of Friendswood, TX passed away on November 9, 2024. He was born February 8, 1959 in Montreal, Canada to Lothar Freimuller and Margaret (Peggy) Rogan Freimuller. The family moved a year later to the United States of America.
He married Wendy in 1990 and together they had 2 children, Christian and Courtney. He played baseball for many years and coached his sons teams for several years. His passions were sports, collector of eclectic/interesting pieces of history, collector of corvettes and enjoyed the stock market.
Michael worked in the scaffold industry for a few decades then started his own scaffold business in 2000, he sold the business in 2024. He began investing in real estate in the late 1980’s and shared his interest in real estate with his wife and children. He was most interested in finance and the stock market and would discuss it for hours to anyone wanting to listen and learn. Michael was prideful of his ability and desire to provide for his family and pass the torch of his legacy. He was very proud of his children and their ability to continue his dreams.
The joy he felt when he was with his grandson, Crue Michael was unmeasurable. Instead of being referred to as “Grandpa” he wanted “MJF. Well, Crue just shortened it up and has called him “Mike” since he could talk, and so it is.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his sisters, Linda Freimuller Menke and Jacqulene Freimuller Goralczyk.
Michael is survived by his wife, Wendy Millian Freimuller, his son Christian Freimuller and wife Caitlin, his daughter Courtney Freimuller, grandson, Crue Michael Badgerow (son of Courtney) and his brother, Stephan L. Freimuller. He was Uncle Mike to many loving nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
There will be a Celebration of Life at a later date.

Until we meet again in heaven
I remember my first day of school at Shawnee. You sat in front of me in Chemistry, you always made the classroom a fun place to be. You took great joy in Mr. Steinmetz's iterations and jokes about my last name, one that most who met me, couldn't forget. I will always have fond memories of raising our kids together in a "village" of baseball, cheerleading, community, and friendship. Our hearts are sad to hear of your loss, but you will truly be remembered with a smile and a thankfulness for having known you. Wendy, Christian, Courtney and family, we surround you with positive thoughts, love and prayers in your loss.
