With deep sadness, we announce the passing of Maria Esther Reyes, 75, of Friendswood, Texas. Esther was born on November 19, 1950, and passed away peacefully on Friday, April 24, 2026.

Esther was preceded in death by her parents, Raymundo and Porfilia Reyes. She is lovingly remembered by her sisters, Mary Gomez (also known as Helen), Siprinana Reyes, and Evangelina Reyes; her brother-in-law, Ray Gomez; her nieces, Bernadette Gomez, Vanessa Gomez, and Audrey Gomez; her great-nephew, Adan Ray Rivas; and her great-nieces, Olivia Rivas and Isabella Gomez.

Esther will be remembered for her love for her family, and the warmth she brought to those who knew her. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

A private ceremony will be held in Esther’s honor.
