Jean Ann Thomas (August),91, a longtime resident of Poquoson, Virginia, died in League City, Texas on March 23, 2024. Jean was born on February 26, 1933 in Newport News, Virginia to Joseph and Irene August.

She is survived by her sister, Frances Goetz, two nieces, Teresa Bryant (Clyde) and Carrie Vaughn (Austin) and great nieces, Crystal Bartel, Emma Vaughn and great nephew Robert Bryant, 4 great great nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 6, 2024 at 11:00 A.M. at Jeter Memorial Funeral Home, 311 N. Friendswood Dr., Friendswood, Texas 77546 with Deacon Vince Eklund officiating.
