Bonnie Joyce Wilson Moody, 92, of Webster, Texas stepped into Heaven on Friday, October 13, 2023 in Friendswood, Texas. She was born July 30, 1931 in Covington, Oklahoma.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James “Jim” Edward Moody; her daughters, Jeanne Worth and Joy Hutcherson; son-in-law, Steve Worth; grandsons, Ty and Mason Worth; grandchildren include Taren Vlasek, Stevie Lee, Levi Worth, Chance Dotson, and William Dotson.
The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 17, 2023 at 10:00 A.M. at Jeter Memorial Funeral Home, 311 N. Friendswood Dr., Friendswood, Texas 77546 (281) 992-7200 with Rev. Ryan Akers officiating. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 19, 2023 at 11:00 A.M. at the Garber Cemetery in Garber, Oklahoma.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to the Harbor Church, 2821 W. Parkwood Ave., Friendswood, Texas 77546.

Grammie was a force of nature and a living legend. Her stories were wonderful, and she knew her genealogy from top to bottom. She could tell you all her relatives full names and where they were born. She had remarkable recall of her life right up until the last day. She loved to play games and even mastered Mah Jongg. Grammie was also a living legend for her pies. They were delicious and we all loved her Chocolate Ice Box, Pecan, and Lemon pies. Jeanne, Steve, and Joy; please know that she was loved and will be missed by so many of us.
