May 7, 1954 – December 5, 2023

Kathleen Mildred Perry, 69, of Alvin, Texas, passed away on December 5, 2023. She was born to parents Johnathan Franklin Perry and Margret Irving, on May 7, 1954 in Houston, Texas.

She graduated from Alvin High School in 1972. She then went on to work around the animals she loved at House of Pets for the next 4 years. She then worked for another 4 years at Eckerd’s as a Pharmacy Assistant.  She later moved on to Wal-Mart in 1986 where she put up roots and made many memorable friends, she retired after 20 years of service.  She also worked as a UPC Clerk for 20 years at store 872 in Pearland.

Kathleen is survived by her son Steven Perry, her twin brother John Elliot Perry and his wife Jean, her little brother Carl Allen Perry and his wife Linda, her brother and sister Lena and Frank Tankink, along with two nieces, six nephews, two cousins and two great nieces and nephews.

Friends are cordially invited to the visitation with the family on Thursday, December 14, 2023 at 2:00 P.M. with the funeral service to begin at 3:00 P.M. at Jeter Memorial Funeral Home, 311 N. Friendswood Dr., Friendswood, Texas 77546 with Rev. Jerry Stark officiating.
