Carole and Family, we were saddened to hear of Franks passing. We grew to love him over many years of friendship with Frank, Carole, Sam, Cathy and his ongoing giving heart! We could never repay his kindness of support during our construction times in Galveston. His leadership skills and continued perfectionism helping us through what could have been a very difficult time. He was a man of honor and loved his family more than anything, including his Sweetheart from High Schoo, Carole. Carole our heart is heavy for you and your beautiful family. Love Frisby & John

To My Godfather, I am very thankful that my parents asked you to be my Godfather. Your home was a second home to me. Carole and Frank
always made me feel welcomed, loved and it was a fun place to be. As a young woman going to nursing school in Houston their home, love , acceptance and guidance helped to keep me focused. All the memories I have, are all good ones, that warm my heart from their love and kindness.
He will be missed and my love goes out to Carole, the boys and their families. Love Lorie, Wally and family

  3. To Carole “Grandma Falcone” and all of the extended family, we are so sorry for your loss. God bless and keep you all in faith that Mr Frank is now at peace.
Love to all, Larry and Pam Singleton

  4. I'm saddened to have just discovered the news of Mr. Falcone's passing. My apologies for being out of the loop & so done with any social media. I knew Frank & Carole to be wonderful people and great & loving parents to their three sons. Their successes are a testament to how they were raised by Frank & Carole. Though I only knew of Mr. & Mrs. Falcone in such a way that's akin to how Eddie Haskel knew June & Ward Cleaver, they are special people to all of us teenaged heathens of days long passed. Please accept the sincere and heartfelt condolences from my clan (Al, Elaine, Brother D & myself) for your loss and do know that you all remain in our heart & thoughts.

    Much love to you all,
    Stu
