In Loving Memory

Carol Ann Easley

October 1, 1951 – July 5, 2023

Carol Ann Easley went to be with her Lord on July 5th, 2023 at the age of 71.  She was born on October 1, 1951 in Hitchcock, Texas.  She was preceded in death by her parents, J.B and Elizabeth Beeman, her brother Ronnie Beeman, her grandson, Chance David Easley and her Aunt Stella Ryan. She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Kenneth Wayne Easley, and their children, Wanda James and Carl Easley.  She leaves behind 3 grandchildren, Kenneth Michael Easley, Carlee Louise Easley and Tyler Austin James who were her world.

Surviving siblings are Ray Beeman, Audie Beeman and Cristy Beeman Cooksey and numerous nieces and nephews and cousins that she adored.

Carol was always a caregiver and always lived a life of service.  She cared for her mother with cancer at a young age while also helping her father with her much younger sister, years after her mother passed.

She worked as a dispatcher for the Manvel Volunteer Fire Department while her husband was a fireman.  They called her Squeeky and everyone knew her voice.

Alongside being a devoted mother and wife, she was always taking care of children either in her home, at a daycare, vacation bible school or Mother's Day out.  She treated every child like her family. All of her kids' friends always wanted to hang out at their house.

She later went back to school and became a medical assistant.  She continued to care for her father and Kenneth's mother and countless other patients and friends.

Even in these past few months riddled with illness, she filled her days still doing her crafts with her dogs in her lap, planning her next camping trip with her friends, and bossing Kenneth around. She still prioritized church and was thankful to all the caregivers that crossed her path. She made an impression on everyone that met her, even the housekeeper at the hospital that prayed for her every day. Carol knew no stranger. She found no excuse not to love and care for people, some that she barely knew. She has friends here today that she has kept close for a lifetime.

We will all miss her, but she is with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ with that same big Smile. Let us all take a page from her book and love without limits.

Friends are cordially invited to the visitation with the family on Tuesday, July 11, 2023 from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at Jeter Memorial Funeral Home, 311 N. Friendswood Dr., Friendswood, Texas 77546 (281) 992-7200.

The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 12, 2023 at 11:00 A.M. at First Baptist Church of Manvel, 6900 Masters Rd. Manvel, Texas 77578 with Dr. Steve Porter officiating.  Interment will follow at South Park Cemetery in Pearland, Texas.
