She was a beautiful lady inside and out and I am going to miss our talks immensely. What an example she was to follow as she was quick to compliment and never had a foul word about anyone. I am so sad to hear of her passing and regret not visiting her more often. My prayers go out to her kids as she bragged about each of you and your families. May God continue to shine on you all. God bless!

  2. Ms. Descant, There are no words to describe the immense appreciation of your friendship, love and beautiful smile each time we were in the same company. I know that you have been reunited with your loving husband in heaven.
What a wonderful day it was when my Dad told us that the Guillots and Descants were related.
Thank you for all you did to make the world a better place. My most heartfelt condolences to all your children and grandchildren. You were loved by many. Until we meet again. Love, Karen Guillot

  3. There is a void in Friendswood and in the Mary Queen Community with Ann’s passing. May God’s grace shine on her and her husband Frank as well. May her soul rest in peace.

I’m sad to hear of Mrs. Descants recent passing. She always had a smile and brought so much joy and warmth to many. She touched so many lives including mine and my family. As a choir member at Mary Queen over the years we experienced her Joy of singing with the members, to the Church community and praises to our Lord. As the crossing guard lady at Westwood, we witnessed her maternal care of all children. They all loved her and looked forward to her greeting her each day. I will always remember her with her warm beautiful smile and twinkle in her eye.
Her loved ones are in our prayers for comfort and peace.
May she rest in eternal peace.

  7. Ann was a wonderful soul, friend, and coworker. She loved her job as a school crossing guard and brought smiles to all the children she encountered. I enjoyed working and visiting with her daily, but I wish I had visited her before her passing.

There is a hole in the heart of Friendswood, as Ann has crossed over to be with Frank. She was a wonderful soul and touched so many lives in her years with us. Rest in peace Ann.
