Dr Moulton operated and cared for my wife and my father in law and he was my Knee doctor.

Every time we went in for our appointments it was always a 15-20 minute conversation about The University of Houston Cougars basketball and football team.

We talked numerous times about how happy he was that his daughter would be attending UH.

He was the most honest, down to earth, tell you like it is Doctor we have ever had.

He was such a comfortable doctor to be around and always laughed and smiled around us.

    He will he terribly missed.

  17. Dr Moulton performed 3 successful surgeries on my wife . He was always patient and answered every question with detail. When he once referred us to a colleague for another ailment, he called that doctor on his cell while we were in his office and got us an appointment . Not many would do that. What a great physician he was!
We will miss him so as I’m sure all of his other patients will!
May God bless his legacy and his family.

When Charlie found out I was a welder and had access to all kinds of metal and engine parts for his metal art he ended up being a very good friend and what a sweet man he was. He fixed my broken femur due to my Billygoat acting up and then a hip replacement and a shoulder replacement and I will carry that man with me until my last breath because he enabled me to keep going at 72 years old God bless his family and all of his friends and patients. With true regret Timothy Brennan

  25. Dr Moulton said my wrist wasn’t broken; it was crushed like an eggshell. He reassured me that he could make it work again. He did just that. Without his constant encouragement I probably would have given up on using it again. He made such an impact on my life, both mentally, physically and emotionally. I think of him every time I put it to use & am so saddened by his passing. I will be forever grateful. Rest in peace Dr. Always remembered.

  28. Sofia M. Parsons

I always told Dr. Moulton that he was my guardian Angel. After falling off a 2 story balcony, he relentlessly continued to reconstruct my knee and broken femur that refused to heal over the course of almost 2 years. I was calling for a follow up and I was told the news. I insisted that they were wrong. I put my life and complete trust in Dr. Moulton’s hands during so many surgeries that I will never forget him.I’m forever thankful for what you’ve done for me and all of your other patients, you will be incredibly missed. Prayers to the family.

I received my letter from OST yesterday and I'm just in shock. I had a a major tib-fib break a little over 2 years ago and with two small children, I was terrified for what my future held. I expected to walk with at the LEAST a limp for the rest of my life. However, I was able to leave his office 8 months later walking completely normal and withOUT a limp. He was always very kind and just a cool dude. I just still can't believe how early in his life he was called to go home. Prayers and condolences.

  38. Christi Lockett

I met Dr. Moulton in 2019. I fell and shattered my elbow and had a vertical tibia break. Originally, the ambulance took me to a different hospital and the orthopedic surgeon said he would not touch my arm/elbow. They contacted HCA Houston Healthcare Hospital in Clear Lake be Dr. Moulton said he would do my surgeries, so they transported me to Clear Lake. When I was in pre-op, the nurse spoke SO highly of him and let me know that I was in great hands. At all my dr visits, he was very professional, thorough with explaining everything to me and so down to earth. He truly cared about his patients. I could tell that he had a great working relationship with his staff. About 3 yrs ago, I fell and twisted my ankle and went to see him and he joked that he knew he would see me again. I’m not the most graceful person, ha! He was an amazing surgeon/person. I know he will be missed by all. RIP Dr. Moulton.
