March 17, 1938 – June 16, 2022

Patricia Diana Davenport Anderson (Diana), passed away peacefully  in Alvin, Texas on June 16, 2022.

She was born in Freeport, Texas to Valeska Lawson and William Davenport on March 17, 1938.  She attended Brazosport High School and graduated in 1956.  She married Thomas C. Anderson in 1957, and they raised two daughters and one son in Alvin where they lived for over 50 years.

Diana worked many years at the Brazoria County Tax Office Substation in Alvin.  After retiring she enjoyed taking care of the many plants and flowers in her yard.  She was always supportive of her children and grandchildren in times of need.  She especially enjoyed visiting with their pets.

Diana was preceded in death by her son Thomas Capshaw Anderson Jr. (Tommy).  She is survived by her husband, Thomas C. Anderson of Alvin, her daughters Leigh Allen of Livingston and Nanci Olson (David) of Grapeland, her granddaughter Mirrhyssa Moreno (George) of Bacliff, and sister Ada Brandemuehl (Roger) of Conroe, 7 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren.

Graveside Services will be 1:00 P.M. Monday June 20, 2022, at the Bold Springs Cemetery located 8815 Farm To Market Road 350 North Livingston, Texas 77351 with Pastor Wade Harmon Officiating.
