With much love your cousin Colleen. Your Philly cousin!!!!
Kelly and Gail our hearts are with you both. Jeff was true friend to us both. I have so many memories of the misadventures we shared over many years. Jeff was that guy who would drop everything to help a friend in need. I think of him daily and only regret we didn't get to fish one more time.
My prayers are with you all!
Jeff was a fixture in our home in Oak Manor and we'll miss his infectious laughter and smile. RIP

Sending you all my heartfelt sympathy during this difficult time. Jeff was a good guy in high school. I'll remember him fondly.
Prayers for your family during this time. Jeff was a very sweet guy in high school.
Jeff was like a son to us. He just walked into our house in Oak Manor and said "hello Jane and Rog". Gale, we know what it's like to lose a child. It's not easy, and our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Jeff was there for us when we needed him.
I knew Jeff since Alvin Junior High. We played sports together and he was always a good guy! I'm sorry for your loss. I will always have good memories of him.
Played many rounds of disc golf and so many competitive games of basketball with Jeff, a real competitor and a true friend. With a cool level head and an even keel personality He always seemed to be in the middle of anything happening in Oak Manor. When I was a freshman, Jeff & Pat introduced me to Judas Priest, Rush and Zeppelin on the loudest speakers I had ever heard and have never heard anything that loud since. (So loud it would blow out a match). I know his family and friends will miss him greatly as I already do. I'll be praying for them.
Jeff will be missed by many especially my brother, Russell Rowell. So sorry for your families loss. God Speed Jeff.

I'm glad Jeff reached out to me a few years ago. Hadn't seen him since the mid 90's when we worked together and shared a townhouse in Sugar Land. Was great to catch up and this news is heartbreaking.
