David Wirtz, age 49, passed away on November 23, 2020 in Houston, Texas. David was born on July 11, 1971, in Houston, Texas, to parents Dorothy Wirtz and Curt Wirtz. He graduated from Mount Carmel High School in 1989. Following graduation, he moved to College Station, Texas and began his studies at Texas A&M University. David was a brilliant, well-traveled with an incredible sense of humor. He loved crime novels, silly movies, football, and game shows.
David was preceded in death by his parents, Curt and Dottie Wirtz.
He is survived by his sisters, Cheryl Foerster and Stephanie Hubbell, his brother-in-law, Thomas Hubbell, his niece and nephews, Amy Sehon, Russell Foerster, Nikolaus Hubbell, Zachary Hubbell, and great niece Hayley Sehon.
Visitation will be held at 10:00 am on Monday, December 7, 2020, with funeral service to follow at 11:00 am, at Jeter Memorial Funeral Home, 311 N. Friendswood Drive, Friendswood, TX 77546 with Fr. Michael Barrosa officiating. Private interment to follow for family members.
