  1. I was so shocked to hear of Arlene's passing. She had become a dear DAR friend. We both served as officers together for several years; she as treasurer and I as recording secretary. She would always give me her treasury notes to include in our newsletter. She was extremely organized and accurate.
We also rode in several of the Friendswood of 4th of July parades representing the Falls-Hooper DAR group. Arlene was a very committed DAR member and loved genealogy. I will truly miss her. My condolences to her husband and family.

  3. I will miss Arlene! She was my accounting boss when we both worked at Pennzoil. She was also my go-to person for questions about ancestry research. Prayers for the family.

I was so sad to hear of Arlene's passing I worked with her extensively helping her put in her DAR supplements which she had many. She so much enjoyed the DAR and was so proud of her patriot pins which represented her different patriots. She will be greatly missed by the entire DAR family.
All my condolences to her family, Janice McNatt

  5. My husband and I met Arlene and her husband at Marine Corps reunions. We also went to see them at their home, and they visited us in Mich. I counted Arlene as a very dear friend. She will certainly be missed by many people. I want to send condolences to her relatives.

  6. I truly miss Arlene for her kindness and our common interest in accounting and genealogy. She will be greatly missed as a volunteer working through the AARP Taxaide Group for over the last 10 years in Pasadena, Texas . She loved her grandchildren so much. Condolences to those who loved her.
