Allan G. Solomon
August 4, 1946 – March 30, 2020
Allan Gene Solomon was born to Clyde Thomas Solomon and Florence Cannon Solomon in Edinburg, Texas on August 4, 1946 and passed away in his home in Clear Lake on March 30, 2020.
He is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Carolyn Solomon: his daughter Amy Biekert (husband Kevin) and their children Sydney and Alex, his son Paul Solomon (wife Elizabeth) and their children Nathan and Avery. Survivors also include his sister Barbara Evans and brother Tommy Solomon, as well as his nieces and nephews, and his dear friend Tracy Irvin.
Allan loved the outdoors and enjoyed tending to his beautiful yard. He adored his Boston Terrier and made friends everywhere he went. He loved spending time with his grandchildren. He had a wonderful sense of humor and always had a joke ready to tell.
He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
To comply with current gathering restrictions and to protect everyone's health, a private graveside will be held on Friday, April 3, 2020 at Confederate Cemetery in Alvin, Texas, but will be limited to immediate family.

Uncle Allan will be deeply missed. We always think we more time to visit family and tell them how much we loved them. God is receiving a great man may he be welcomed into his kingdom 🙏
I am so sorry for your loss Carolyn and family. I greatly appreciated the visits I did have with Allan and your families. I will keep all in my prayers. Joyce Gorman Williams, CYNTHIANA, KY.
Allan was a lifelong friend. I couldn't have asked for one more true.
Allan, you have left your mark on this world, & my heart. I will miss you.
