My mother: My mom and I did not always see eye to eye but n the time f need we knew we would be there. Mom was known as the candy lady by the bowlers which she attended up to last year. Mom belonged to the Carmalighters and the Parkinson’s widow club. She looked forward to every event with her friends at both groups. Mom made everyone fee so special and loved with her soft spirit and kind jesters. Even when we were growing up there were so many kids that stayed at our house off and on and mom treated them like part of the family. Mom loved to travel and spend time with Mack Freestone who loved my mom and the two of them were always there for each other after we lost dad. I thank him so much. Even in the last 4 months mom fought to learn how to live with her disabilities from her strokes. Mom attended the music parties, bingo and several other activities. Mom was known as Miss Hollywood because of her big white sunglasses. She was so friendly and forgiving at the nursing home. Mom left a lot of friends everywhere she went and I will forever miss her and love her. I feel very privileged to have been able to spend every day with her working on new things and listening to her one line jabs. I will see you and dad n heaven I’m sure you will hear me coming. I’m so glad you are no longer suffering Forever in m heart and love Thank you everyone for treating my mother with the love and respect she deserved Joyce
